The UAE Corporate Tax Registration Has Just Been Opened

Corporate Tax has been running on everyone’s head in the UAE, As it is set to take charge from 1st June 2023, every natural and legal persons has been keenly awaiting for every update related to the corporate tax.

Good news for those who have been waiting, the Federal Tax authority has just opened the Corporate Tax Registration on the EmaraTax platform!

In order for you to be able to register, you must meet the requirements mentioned in the UAE Federal Decree Law No. (47) .

After following the specified steps, the decision is made by the FTA whether to approve, deny or ask for more details of the applicant.
